JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will be part of our accounts receivable team, which is part of the finance team. Here, you will primarily work with VAT issues alongside your closest colleagues, our auction brokers, and selling customers. You will handle various cases of different natures. As a VAT specialist at Klaravik, you will be highly involved in the business, also serving as a supporting function for our subsidiary in Denmark. You will also contribute to the development of the Klaravik group by participating in our ongoing work to develop and refine processes, routines, and working methods. In addition to the accounts receivable team, the finance department consists of an accounting team, CFO, accounting specialist, and controllers. We all work closely with the business, focusing on the customer. Examples of job tasks:

• As an expert in VAT and accounting issues, support our auction brokers and selling customers

• Control and ensure VAT handling on our auctions

• Assist and guide our selling customers with questions regarding estates and powers of attorney

• Continuously identify needs for development in our VAT handling

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

We believe that you who are applying have experience in customer contact and good knowledge of VAT. You are attentive, communicative, pedagogical, and skilled at motivating and explaining, especially over the phone, so that others understand. You enjoy creating order and structure for yourself and contributing to the team. You see yourself as an unpretentious, curious, and social person with a strong drive - where maximum customer benefit always comes first.

• University education in economics or law, or equivalent experience in similar tasks.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position of VAT Specialist is a full-time consulting assignment initially for 6 months. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant at Klaravik. After 6 months, Klaravik intends to offer you a permanent position.
